Like Isaac, we are giving credit to God for providing it for us.
We kindly ask that you consider financial giving towards the purchase of our church building, which will also serve as a community hub in the city of Leeds.
The Lord has now opened a wide door for us to purchase this beautiful, spacious and centrally located building that will serve as the base for Chosen Church Ministries and where we can also continue to serve & impact the lives of the people of Leeds as we’ve been doing since the inception of the ministry in April 2019.
As a ministry, we have been diligent in ensuring that major parts of our finances is saved and so far we have been able to save £70, 000 from all the different channels of giving into the ministry.
The freehold purchase price of this building is £500,000. We have been able to secure a mortgage of £375, 000.
We now need your assistance with the following:
- £55,000 towards the mortgage deposit of £125,000.
- £8, 000 costs of purchase (legal fees, loan arrangement fees & survey)
- A further £100, 000 for the renovation of the building.
